*Customer Terms Warranty Information* DVRs and Cameras carry one year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If a product is determined defective under the terms of warranty, we will replace or repair, to a model of equal or greater value, or offer merchandise credit, at our option. Warranty does not cover instances of product misuse, accident, alteration, customer abuse, acts of nature or return shipping cost. Accessories other than cameras or DVRs carry a 30 day warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, and we offer defective product exchange, original packaging required within 30 days of accessory purchase. Returns accepted with RMA request, and RMA number only. RMA return shipping cost on goods tested non-defective under terms of warranty will by the responsibility of the buyer. RMA requests and instructions issued by email only. For details contact support@videocamerasecurity.com with the date of sale, Invoice or item number, item part number(s), and description of possible product defect.

(aka: seller) from any promises or claims directly related to defects in goods sold, or the merchantability therin; except in the actual cost of goods purchased, and agrees to proper product use terms herein.
